Notice to Close a Branch

bankESB, of Easthampton, Massachusetts has petitioned the Massachusetts Division of Banks for permission to close a branch office and ATM facility located at 253 Triangle Street, Amherst, Massachusetts 01002.  The proposed date for the closing of this branch office is scheduled for November 1, 2026.  Customers of the branch office closing will have their accounts transferred to our full-service branch office located at 100 East Street, Hadley, Massachusetts 01035.  Any objections or comments relative to this proposal must be communicated in writing to the Commissioner of Banks, Mary L. Gallagher, Division of Banks, One Federal Street, Suite 710, Boston, MA 02110 or dob.comments@mass.gov no later than two weeks from August 3, 2026.
